The following is applicable only to orders placed via this website. Goods bought in one of our Monsoon or Accessorize stores must be returned to store.
Once received, goods that are not of satisfactory quality, not as described or are simply unwanted may be returned for a full refund. Simply return the goods in their original condition within 28 days of receipt (14 days for sale and outlet items). Please include your dispatch note as proof of purchase.
Please note that the initial shipping charges (if any were applied) are only refundable for faulty goods, goods not as described or incorrect goods.
Customers are also entitled to cancel their order for a full refund as long as this is done within 7 working days of receipt of your goods. This can be done when returning your goods to one of our stores ( UK only at present) or by contacting our customer services team at email@example.com or call us on 0844 811 0069 ( UK only). We are open 8:30am to 7:30pm GMT Monday to Friday and 9am to 6pm GMT Saturday and Sunday.
Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed from the day you return the goods to us. Goods purchased in currencies other than UK Pounds Sterling, Euros, US Dollars, Danish Kroner and Russian Rubles will be refunded in local currencies at your bank or card issuers exchange rates.
It is not possible to exchange goods purchased on this website through our returns warehouse however, this may be possible to do in one of our stores depending on availability and locations. Please see our returns restrictions below for products that cannot be exchanged or returned.
Monsoon products can only be returned to United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland Monsoon stores. Our Accessorize stores cannot accept Monsoon goods. Accessorize products can be returned to any of our stores within the United Kingdom or Republic of Ireland. Monsoon Children’s products can be returned to any United Kingdom or Republic of Ireland Monsoon or Accessorize store that stocks the Children’s range.
All Bridal and Homeware products can only be returned by post using the free returns label provided on your despatch note. Please note, our stores are unable to process any returns for these items.
In addition, some online specials and exclusives cannot be returned to our stores. We will indicate on the product information page where this is the case.
Also, pierced products (such as earrings), hosiery, confectionery and cosmetic products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
If you used PayPal to purchase your goods, we can only accept returns for these at our warehouse. We cannot refund PayPal orders in any of our stores.
All sale goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Whenever returning goods, please include your dispatch note as proof of purchase.
Please note that any items ordered and paid for in store can only be returned in store, including items ordered in store that have been sent from our warehouse. Our warehouse is unable to refund these orders at present.
United Kingdom & Northern Ireland customers can return goods to us FREE of charge by using the label attached to your despatch note (please note, returns from the Isle of Man are not free). For goods being returned outside the United Kingdom & Republic of Ireland, you will need to pay for the return postal charges. We strongly recommend you use a recorded delivery service.
Once you have completed the Returns section of your despatch note, include this with your goods. Take your parcel to a Post Office or parcel depot and, where possible, obtain a Certificate of Postage/receipt. You should retain this until your refund is processed.

Monsoon Accessorize has partnered with Collect Plus to allow our United Kingdom customers to return goods at over 3,800 local stores, most of which are open early until late, 7 days a week, making returns as convenient as possible for you.

You can return goods to any of our Monsoon and Accessorize stores within the United Kingdom or Republic of Ireland.
Please note , Only Monsoon products may be returned to a Monsoon store and cannot be returned to Accessorize branches. Monsoon Children's products can be returned to any branch stocking the Children's range.
As all of our Monsoon and Accessorize branches stock Accessorize product, you may return Accessorize products to any branch.
Please ensure you have your despatch note as proof of purchase.
If you have purchased your goods on our website in Pounds Sterling but wish to return it to one of our Republic of Ireland branches, you will receive your refund in Euros as this is the currency they trade in. Our local exchange rate will be applied to the transaction, which may be subject to change.
Customers with goods shipped outside of the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland are no longer able to return in store and should use the postal option detailed above for all returns.
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and Internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge.
The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK.
Distributors of new Electric and Electronic Equipment (EEE) have a part to play in reducing the amount of WEEE going into landfill sites. Monsoon Accessorize is obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us.
For example, if a customer bought a new clock from us we would accept their old clock and prevent it going into a landfill site by disposing of it safely.
Customers must return their WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item.
For any goods purchased on our website (e.g. a lamp) we will accept the old lamp back in store within 28 days with proof of purchase.
Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should now be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol shown below:
Goods are marked with this symbol to show that they were produced after 13th August 2005, and should be disposed of separately from normal household waste so that they can be recycled.
