The Monsoon Reward Card rewards you each time you visit us in store or online. It's simple, just present your card in store or enter your unique Reward Card number online every time you make a Monsoon purchase. To thank you for your loyalty, the amount you spend will go towards earning a well-deserved Reward Voucher.

With a Monsoon Reward Card you can indulge knowing that every time you spend, you will earn towards Reward Vouchers which can be spent on future purchases in store and sterling vouchers can now be redeemed on our UK website. Reward Vouchers are issued in February and September every year - perfect timing for our new collections.

Great news! You can now spend your sterling Reward Voucher on our UK website as well as in store. To redeem online:

Terms & Conditions

1. These Terms and Conditions set out the terms of the agreement between Monsoon Accessorize Ltd (for UK cardholders) or Monsoon Accessorize Ireland Ltd (for ROI cardholders) ("MAL/MAIL") and you the customer, ("Card Holder" "you" "your") governing the use of the Monsoon Reward Card ("Reward Card"), participation in the Monsoon Reward Programme ("Reward Programme") and the use of Monsoon Reward Programme reward vouchers ("Reward Vouchers").

2. The Reward Programme is open to all UK/ROI residents aged 18 or over. MAL/MAIL reserves the right to decline participation in the Reward Programme for any reason.

3. Earning Reward Vouchers - Reward Vouchers are earned by making purchases of Monsoon branded/ labelled products in Monsoon stores and online when the Reward Card is presented at the time of payment ("Purchase").

4. The following are NOT included in the Reward Programme neither will Reward Vouchers be redeemable for: Accessorize products, Monsoon products sold in Monsoon Outlet and Sales stores, gift cards, Monsoon products not sold in Monsoon Stores. Rewards can be accrued on the purchase of Sale items.

5. Should a Purchase be returned for refund, the Reward Card must also be presented and the balance of the refund deducted from the card.

6. Award of Reward Vouchers - Reward Vouchers will be awarded on the basis of paragraphs 7 & 8 of these terms or on such other basis as may be notified to you by MAL/MAIL from time to time. The Reward Vouchers will be calculated on the basis of Purchases made by you during a specific period which is currently between 1 February- 31 August and 1 September-31 January of each year ("the Reward Period") and accordingly Reward Vouchers will be issued in February and September each year. MAL/MAIL reserves the right to amend the Reward Period and Reward Voucher issue months from time to time upon written notice to Card Holders.

7. Reward Vouchers are issued based on your spend,(“Reward Balance”) during the Reward Period, in accordance with the table below.
 



8. The lowest value Reward Voucher issued is £10/€12 and the highest value Reward Voucher issued is £150/€180.

9. Your Reward Card retains the Reward Balance for the previous 12 months. Where your reward balance falls between thresholds or below the minimum spend of £200/ €250, the remaining balance (“Unrewarded Balance”) will be carried forward until expiry on the 12 month anniversary of the Purchase.

10. Reward Vouchers will be posted or emailed to the Card Holder at the address or email address provided when subscribing to the Reward Programme. It is the Card Holder's responsibility to notify MAL/MAIL of any change in address and MAL/MAIL shall not be held liable for Reward Vouchers that are lost or delayed in the post or otherwise.

11. Redemption of Reward Vouchers - Reward Vouchers are valid until the expiry date printed on the voucher and may be redeemed by Card Holders purchasing Monsoon branded/ labelled product in Monsoon stores on presentation of the voucher. Reward Vouchers cannot be used for the purchase of Sale items but can be used in conjunction with other promotional offers. Photocopied, damaged or defaced Reward Vouchers will not be accepted. Reward Vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions printed thereon. £ Reward Vouchers can only be used in UK and Northern Ireland, € Reward Vouchers can only be used in Republic of Ireland.

12. The Card Holder must present the Reward Card when redeeming the Reward Voucher and Reward Vouchers may only be redeemed once.

13. Reward Balances cannot be transferred.

14. Cancellation - MAL/MAIL reserves the right to refuse to issue Reward Vouchers or to cancel the Reward Card should Monsoon consider that the Reward Card is being used fraudulently or a breach of these terms has occurred. In the event that the Reward Card is cancelled, the Reward Balance will be cancelled and no Reward Vouchers will be issued.

15. Should MAL/MAIL query the Card Holder's Reward Balance, the Card Holder shall be responsible for producing on request, the required proof of purchase for any queried transaction.

16. MAL/MAIL reserves the right to amend or terminate the Reward Programme or these terms and conditions at its sole discretion at any time, with or without notice.

17. Personal Information - MAL/MAIL is the data controller. MAL/MAIL and the companies within its group may from time to time use the information you supply on the Monsoon Reward Card Application Form or via the Reward mobile app, together with information relating to your transactions, purchases and participation in the Reward Programme for the purposes of monitoring the Reward Programme and statistical analysis. We will also use your details for marketing purposes, to allow MAL/MAIL and its group companies to send you news of special events, offers, promotions and catalogues using the communication methods selected on your application. If at any time you no longer wish to receive such information or you wish to change your preferences please call Reward Card Customer Services on (+44) 0844 880 3172 or write to us at; Monsoon Reward Card Services, PO Box 10081, Nottingham, NG2 9LX. We will share your personal information with Ikano Financial Services Limited who administer the loyalty scheme on behalf of MAL/MAIL for the purposes of such administration.

Reward Voucher Terms & Conditions

Reward Vouchers are valid until the date printed on voucher and only when used in conjunction with a valid Monsoon Reward Card both in store and online. Sterling vouchers entitle the bearer to the value printed thereon for the purchase of full-price Monsoon branded/labelled product in any Monsoon store in the UK and on the UK Monsoon website. Euro vouchers entitle the bearer to the value printed thereon for the purchase of full-price Monsoon branded/labelled product in any Monsoon store in the ROI. Euro vouchers are currently not redeemable online. Only the full value of the voucher can be redeemed and no change will be given. Voucher cannot be used to purchase Sale product, Accessorize product or Gift Cards, in Sale branches or when using the Home Delivery Service. No cash or any other alternative will be given. Voucher may only be used once and must be handed to a member of staff at the time of purchase if used in-store. Photocopied, damaged, defaced or expired vouchers will not be accepted. Should purchases be returned for a refund, the Reward Card must also be presented and the balance of the refund deducted from the card. The return value of the items purchased using this voucher shall be the applicable return value under the Monsoon Accessorize Ltd return policy less the discount obtained. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Monsoon Reward Programme FAQs

Q: How do I join the Monsoon Reward Card?

A: It's so easy: you can sign up in store, online or by downloading our Monsoon Reward App. In store we'll give you an application form, which you'll need to fill out. The application form has your Reward Card attached to it so you can use it immediately. Or sign up online here and your Reward Card number will be emailed to you immediately. We will then send you your permanent Reward Card in the post.

Alternatively, download our Monsoon Reward App, fill out the application form and your Reward Card will be ready to use from your mobile app.

 

Q: How can I earn Rewards?

A: All you have to do is purchase any Monsoon branded/labelled product in store or online. Simply present your card every time you make a purchase in store or enter your Reward Card number at the checkout online and what you spend will go towards Reward Vouchers. These vouchers can be redeemed on any full price Monsoon Ladies' and Childrenswear product. When your Reward Balance reaches one of the thresholds shown below, you'll earn a voucher. Reward Vouchers are issued every February and September - perfect timing for our new collections!
 



For example, if you spend £225, you will earn a £10 voucher. The remaining balance goes towards your next Reward Voucher. For full details, please see our Terms and Conditions.

 

Q: What happens if I spend more than the threshold?

A: Your Reward Card retains the Reward Card Balance for 12 months from the date of purchase. If, at the end of a Reward Period your Reward Balance falls between issuance thresholds, the balance will be carried forward until expiry on the 12 month anniversary of the date of purchase. Similarly, if your Reward Balance is under the minimum voucher issuance threshold of £200/€250 Euros, the Reward Balance will be carried forward until expiry on the 12 month anniversary of the purchase. Example; if you spend £225 on 1st September 2013, you will receive a £10 Reward Voucher in February (having reached the £200 threshold). The balance of £25 (Unrewarded Balance) will be carried forward. If you make no further purchases and therefore do not qualify for a Reward Voucher in August, the £25 Balance will be cleared from the card on 1st September 2014.

 

Q: Where can I use my Monsoon Reward Card?

A: Your card can be used in all Monsoon stores or Accessorize stores stocking Monsoon product in the UK and ROI and on the Monsoon website.

 

Q: Can I use my Monsoon Reward Card when I buy online?

A: Yes. Simply enter your Reward Card number at the check out and your spend will be added to your Reward Balance. Only Monsoon branded/labelled product will count towards your Reward Balance.

 

Q: If I buy anything in your Sale will my spend count towards a Reward Voucher?

A: Yes, absolutely. If you purchase any Monsoon branded/labelled items in any of our Sale periods, what you spend will count towards Reward Vouchers. This applies in store and on our Monsoon website. However Reward vouchers cannot be redeemed against Sale items.

 

Q: What happens if I lose my Reward Card?

A: Don't worry. There are 2 ways to get a replacement card. Either call Monsoon Reward Card Customer Services on +44 (0) 844 880 3172 and a replacement card will be issued and sent out to you. Or you can manage your Reward Card Account online here. Simply sign in and you can request a replacement card.

 

Q: Can Gift Cards be used with the Monsoon Reward Card?

A: You can make a purchase with a gift card of Monsoon branded/labelled products and this spend will count towards your next Reward Voucher. However, if you purchase a Gift Card, this spend will not count towards your next Reward Voucher. In addition, the Reward Vouchers cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards.

 

Q: Why is Accessorize not included?

A: The Reward Card is for the Monsoon brand only. We may decide to launch a Reward Card for Accessorize later and we'll make sure you are the first to find out.

 

Q: Who should I call if I have any queries?

Q: Can the Monsoon Reward Card be used for Home Delivery customers?

A: Yes, the Home Delivery team will ask you for your Reward Card number over the telephone. When they find the Monsoon item you are looking for, they will ensure your Monsoon Reward Card number goes through with the transaction so that you earn reward on this purchase.

 

Q: Do Reward Cards have an expiry date?

A: No, there is no expiry date on the Reward Card.

 

Q: How will I receive my Reward Voucher?

A: We will post your Reward Voucher to you. We issue vouchers in September & February only.

 

Q: Do Reward Vouchers have an expiry date?

A: Yes, they are valid for three months from issue and the dates are clearly marked on the Reward Voucher. Regrettably, we are unable to re-issue vouchers that are lost, destroyed or have expired.

 

Q: How do I use my Reward Voucher?

A: To spend your voucher in-store, simply present your voucher when making your purchase. UK customers with a sterling voucher can now redeem online. To redeem online, select 'Reward Voucher' as your payment type at checkout, enter your 19 digit Reward Voucher number and then enter your 4 digit Reward Voucher PIN - these can be found on the back of your voucher. Unfortunately online redemption is not available for Reward Vouchers of Euro currency.

 

Q: Can I post my application form back?

A: No, sorry. We ask you to bring your application form back to the store to be processed. However you can join online here or via the Reward mobile app.

 

Q: How can I keep track of my Reward balance?

A: You can manage your account online. find out your Reward balance by calling Monsoon Reward Card Customer Services on (+44) 0844 880 3172. Manage your account online and find out your latest Reward Balance. We also include this at the bottom of your weekly Monsoon newsletters. If you are not subscribed to these, sign up here.

 

Q: Can I purchase Monsoon and Accesssorize product in the same transaction? And how will the Reward balance be affected?

A: Yes you can purchase Monsoon and Accessorize products in the same transaction, however only the Monsoon branded/labelled product will count towards your Reward Voucher. We will make sure that only the amount on Monsoon branded/labelled product is added to your account.

 

Q: Can I manage my Reward Card online?

A: Yes, you can. You can update your details, request a replacement card, check your Reward Balance and find out when your next Reward Voucher will be issued. Simply sign in here. Your date of birth and email address must be registered to your Reward Account for you to access this online. If your date of birth and email address are not registered, you will be unable to access your account online. If you require this information to be updated on your account please call Monsoon Reward Card Customer Services on (+44) 0844 880 3172 or email reward@monsoon.co.uk. Please note that when you update your Monsoon Reward details this does not update your Monsoon Website details. If you have a Monsoon Website account and wish to update it, sign in here.

 

Q: What happens if I forget my Reward Card?

A: Don't worry, you can still accrue Rewards for your Monsoon purchases in store. Simply follow these easy steps and your Reward balance will be updated. Send a copy of your store receipt along with your full name, Reward card number, address and postcode to Monsoon Reward, Customer Services, PO Box 10081, Nottingham, NG2 9LX. Alternatively, scan and email a copy of your receipt to reward@monsoon.co.uk. Please note that Rewards can only be added 28 days of the initial purchase date.

 

Q: What happens if I am not prompted to enter my Reward card number at the checkout when shopping online?

A: You can register your Reward Card number if you have an online shopping account with Monsoon. On the 'My Details' screen on the main Monsoon website, a box for this appears between the Contact Details section that shows your name and contact number, and the section where you can enter your delivery and billing address. Unfortunately at this time, this facility is not available on the Monsoon mobile or iPad apps, so must be entered using a computer to access www.Monsoon.co.uk

Monsoon Reward App FAQ's

Q: I already have a Monsoon Reward Card, can I register with the App?

A: Yes you can! Simply search for the Monsoon Reward App on your app store, download this onto your device and follow the instruction to register your existing Reward Card. Alternatively,text MONSOON to 62233 (UK) +4477624802238 (ROI) to download the app.

 

Q: What is my PIN code and where can I find it?

A: When registering with the Monsoon Reward App, you will be asked to create a four digit PIN Code.
This will be your PIN Code to log in to your Monsoon Reward App account.

 

Q: I have forgotten my log-in details, what should I do?

A: To access your account details, simply select “Account” from the navigation tool bar of the Monsoon Reward App menu. When you are asked to log in, simply select the forgotten password option and follow the on-screen instructions.

 

Q: Can I update my details?

A: Yes, you can. You can update your details by selecting “Account” from the navigation toolbar of your Monsoon Reward App and selecting “Personal Details” from the options shown.

 

Q: How do I open my offers page?

A: Make sure that you have WiFi or 3G connectivity to access your “Account” or “Offer Areas” of the Monsoon Reward App. To see the latest offers, select “Offers” from the navigation tool bar. If you have not used the app for a while, you will be asked to log in using your username and PIN code to see all offers that are currently available to you.

 

Q: How do I use my Monsoon Reward Card on my phone?

A: It's easy! Select the card image in the navigation bar of your app and then simply click on the image of the card. This will turn your card over and you can show your details to the store assistant. Alternatively, enter the card number details if you are shopping online.

 

Q: Where can I find my Reward Balance?

A: You can check your Reward balance and recent transactions by selecting “Account” within the navigation bar of the Monsoon Reward App and choosing “Reward Balance” from the options available. If you have not used the App for a while, you will be asked to log in using your username and PIN code. For any customer queries, please call us on 0844 880 3172.

 

Q: Will my Rewards expire?

A: To see full terms and conditions of Reward balance expiration click on the 'Terms and Conditions' tab at uk.monsoon.co.uk/reward

 

Q: How do I change my settings?

A: If you are using an iPhone, select “Settings” from your main phone menu and go to the Monsoon Reward App icon. You can amend your communication and application settings within this area. If you are using another type of device, select the “Account” icon from the navigation bar and choose “Personal Details” from the options presented. You can amend your communication and application settings in this area.

 

Q: I am changing my phone, what should I do?

A: Simply download the free Monsoon Reward App to your new phone and log in with your user name and PIN code. Your card details will be loaded to your new phone.
